ArrivalComing from Salzburg: app. 1 hour: Tauern motorway in Southern direction until Bischofshofen, exit Gasteinertal, interstate road 167 to Gasteinertal.
Coming from Innsbruck: app. 2 hours: Motorway via Wörgl, interstate road 312 via St.Johann/Tirol until Lofer, interstate road 311 via Zell am See until Lend, interstate road 167 until Gastein or motorway Kufstein - Salzburg - Villach, exit Gasteinertal, interstate road 167 to Gasteinertal.
Coming from the South: Drive via Villach, Möllbrücke and Obervellach to Mallnitz and you will reach Gastein comfortably by motorail service from there.
Please note: There are no parking spaces in front of the hotel. Parking for a fee possible in the nearby garage.
Travel by air & train
Euro and Intercity trains as well as fast and express trains stop at the Bad Gastein station. There are many taxis and bus connections to all parts of the village. The next motorail loading station is in Salzburg. Pickup and delivery services concerning the luggage transfer are taken care of by taxis.
The next airports are Salzburg and Munich. Taxi transfers possible.
